'OMG 2' CBFC controversy: Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi's co-star barred from watching film - Here's why

Despite all efforts of director Amit Rai and team 'OMG 2' the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) refused to change the film's certification from 'A' to 'U/A'. Now, as the film hits the big screens, the first victim of the CBFC's ruling is none other than the film's 16-year-old star Arush.

The teen actor, who plays Pankaj Tripathi's son in the film, has been barred from watching himself on the big screen as he is technically 'underage'. An 'A' certificate signifies that only adults (aged 18+) can publicly watch a film.
