A four-time Olympic cycling medallist with a history of stalking an ex-partners has avoided jail in favour of a fine after harassing another former girlfriend.

Gary Neiwand, 57, pleaded guilty to harassing a woman last year - 15 years after first being jailed for stalking a former girlfriend and four other people.
