Olivia died in August this year following a years long battle against cancer.
News of her passing was shared via a statement which explained: "Dame Olivia Newton-John passed away peacefully at her Ranch in Southern California this morning, surrounded by family and friends.
"We ask that everyone please respect the family's privacy during this very difficult time. Olivia has been a symbol of triumphs and hope for over 30 years sharing her journey with breast cancer."
Olivia had first been diagnosed with breast cancer back in 1992 and over the following 30 years she worked tirelessly to raise awareness and funds for the fight against cancer.
She organised an annual Walk for Wellness cancer fundraising event - with the walk attracting a huge crowd in Melbourne in October this year following her death.
Chloe had expressed her gratitude when she saw the crowds attending the event, telling an interviewer: "It's so beautiful to see how many people have come out in support of my mum.
"John [Easterling, Olivia’s second husband] and I are there in spirit. But we just needed to take some time to grieve."
She also discussed the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness & Research Centre and the work that the organisation achieves to help battle cancer.
She said: "This was her heart. This was what she lived for. She saw the benefits of holistic treatments and acupuncture and music therapy."
Chloe later apologised for becoming emotional during the interview and heaped praise on her mother for being an "angel."
She added: "She is an angel. She was absolutely magical. All she wanted to do was good in the world."
