Munn shared that she initially tried to conceal the physical effects of her surgery, including divots and dents near her lymph nodes, as she made public appearances, such as at the 2024 Oscars.
Despite feeling self-conscious at times, Munn managed to look stunning on the red carpet in a custom Fendi dress, alongside her partner John Mulaney. She explained how she and her team worked to camouflage the post-surgery marks, allowing her to feel more comfortable in front of the camera.
