Olivia Bowen says she broke down in tears to husband Alex in recent weeks as she deals with pregnancy emotions.
The former Love Island star, 28, is expecting her first child with the 30-year-old Brummie hunk in the summer.
The mum-to-be has opened up about her journey so far, revealing she has been "really lucky" and "blessed" as it has been calm and she is "still able to do most things".
However, Olivia also admitted she has been struggling with other aspects of her pregnancy, including how her body is changing day by day.
Speaking to Closer Magazine, she said: "Earlier this week I had a wobble as I just feel like I've completely lost myself.
"I broke down and cried to Alex and was like, 'I don't know who I am right now!'
"It's such a silly thing to be worried about - you're meant to put on weight, you're only doing it for nine months and there are a lot worse things going on - but you get in your head and there are a lot of hormones going around!"
The Essex beauty previously opened up about finding out she was pregnant.
Speaking to New!, she explained: "We were actually only trying for a couple of months.
"So we are so, so grateful and so, so lucky to be able to conceive that quickly."
Olivia added: "We're keeping the sex a secret. We just feel that there aren't many genuine surprises in life, so to leave that right to the last minute will be really exciting."
The reality star admitted she "always knew" she wanted to be a mum and said it felt like a natural "next step" for her and Alex.
While the couple plan to share the next stage of their lives with their fans as they become parents, they are yet to decide if their baby will grow up in the public eye.
Olivia said her and Alex would make the decision once the baby arrives depending on "how they feel".
The couple, who have been together since meeting on Love Island in 2016, recently went on a babymoon to Tenerife.
She wowed fans as she shared plenty of snaps showing off her growing baby bump during their trip away.
