Oleksandr Zinchenko has been spotted wearing Arsenal training gear ahead of the Gunners' clash with Orlando City in pre-season game number four. The Ukraine international is set to become signing number five for the club as Mikel Arteta's summer spending spree continues in the transfer market.
£80million has been spent on transfers so far as the Spaniard looks to add quality and depth to his squad ahead of the new campaign. Gabriel Jesus has been the standout addition so far, though another familiar face in Zinchenko appears to be joining him in making the switch from the Etihad to the Emirates.
However, when quizzed on the versatile defender joining, Arteta was tight-lipped on the deal. He told reporters: "There is no update with anybody and when there are updates we will let you know.

“We’re looking at different options in different positions and we’ll give you an update when we have it.” That could hint at further signings in the window, with the likes of Lucas Paqueta, Youri Tielemans and Leroy Sane all linked with a transfer.
Despite that, Zinchenko appears to have been the priority since the Gunners lost out on a deal for Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez. Much like the Argentina international, the versatility of the incoming player is a huge advantage, being able to play as both a left-back and in the midfield.
The full-back is said to have flown out to join the Arsenal squad for pre-season to complete the deal, and a video from @Arsenalmaan on Twitter appears to show just that. Zinchenko is pictured in Arsenal gear over in Orlando ahead of his new side's clash with Orlando City in pre-season.
It shows the speed at which Arsenal are working this summer in bringing in their required signings before moving swiftly onto the next.
