Oleksandr Usyk has revealed that he wants to fight Tyson Fury in a heavyweight unification bout or he could retire. It comes after the Ukrainian once again handily defeated Anthony Joshua, winning by a split decision in Saudi Arabia.
A fight between the two would have looked unlikely earlier this month, after Fury announced his intentions to retire and even vacated The Ring Magazine belt, which Usyk claimed with another brilliant performance over Joshua.
But Fury has since confirmed that he'll look to fight Usyk and has seemingly reversed his decision to call time on his boxing career.

Speaking after his victory over Joshua, Usyk confirmed he'll look to fight Fury, who could retire. He said: "The fight with Fury is the only one I want. If that doesn't happen I may not fight again. But I do believe we are going to fight each other soon."
Fury took the first step towards retracting his latest retirement claim and joked on the Usyk and Joshua's bout on Saturday night whilst watching with his family.
He said: "They were s*** and I'd beat them both on the same night' — then proclaiming: 'The Gypsy King is here to stay for ever so get your f****** cheque book out."
