Old Instagram posts from Davide and Jacques appear to show that a number of Love Island stars knew eachother before entering the villa.
Fans have uncovered a year -old post that suggests the pair, and Gemma, knew eachother before going on the ITV2 show.
In a series of comments made on Instagram, eagle-eyed fans spotted Davide and Jacques having a back and forth about the gym. Their relationship has never been referenced on the show but fans are now accusing the producers of playing favourites and creating a "clique" in the villa.

Under a professionally shot image posted 74 weeks ago on Davide's profile, Jacques said: "You boys need to start training."
Replying, Davide said: "More gym less parties I guess."
In the last comment, Jacques added: "More gym keep the amount of parties the same."
After some detective work, fans realised the comments were made around the same time Jacques and Gemma were dating. This has led to the conclusion that all three of them knew each other in some manner before entering the show.
The show is currently under fire against rumours of a clique in the villa, consisting of Gemma, Davide, Jacques and Luca, who is coupled with Gemma. Following their treatment o f Ekin-Su and Remi's claims of unaired arguments, viewers believe producers are protecting them as they knew of their relationships before entering.
One viewer said: "My head's absolutely gone. So Jacques and Davide knew each other and were following each other on IG prior to going into the villa and then acted like it was the first time meeting each other?"
Another fan added: "So Jacques and Davide knew each other before Love Island? So he must have known about Gemma beforehand then? Hello? The math is not mathing."
