Ola Jordan has revealed that she dropped a whopping three dress sizes in just four months in a bid to completely overhaul her lifestyle.
The former Strictly Come Dancing professional, 40, went from a size 14 to a size eight in just four months after discovering that her health was at risk due to her weight.
Ola has admitted that she desperately longed for her former dancer body and doubted if she would ever feel 'sexy' again after welcoming her first child in 2020 and gaining weight during the pandemic.
