The Oklahoma City Thunder announced on Tuesday that second-year player Vit Krejci underwent successful arthroscopic surgery. This explains why Krejci was not available during Thunder Exit Interviews on Tuesday. Krejci and Mike Muscala were the only two players who were not in attendance.
Krejci mentioned during the season that he was likely going to get his knee scoped in the offseason and two days after the regular-season finale against the LA Clippers, that was the case. Krejci is expected to be ready for the start of the 2022-23 regular season.
Krejci ended his season averaging 6.2 points and 3.4 rebounds in 30 games this season.
