The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned on Monday the field assassinations and premeditated killings by Israeli forces of Palestinian people, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
It cited the most recent “heinous execution” committed by an Israeli soldier against Ammar Hamdi Mufleh that was documented by video and audio recordings in the city of Nablus.
The OIC held Israeli authorities fully responsible for the consequences of these crimes, demanding accountability.
It called on the United Nations and relevant international bodies to probe the circumstances of Mufleh's murder.
It urged the international community, namely the UN Security Council, to assume its legal and political responsibilities, and to pressure Israel to cease these criminal acts, hold it accountable for all its violations and racist policies, and provide international protection for the Palestinian people.
