It is always fun to see Ohio State football players develop and become “official” members by losing their black stripe, and the next to accomplish this was sophomore wide receiver, Nolan Baudo.
The preferred walk-on is finally an official member of Zone 6 after having his black stripe removed on Tuesday. Baudo has an uphill battle to see meaningful playing time behind an absolutely stacked receiving corps, but he is hoping to see some action this Saturday in the season opener against Akron.
The Illinois native is the 18th Buckeye this year to lose his black stripe and the second walk-on. The other walk-on to have his black stripe removed was another receiver in Brennen Schramm.
