Ohio State's football team is gearing up for the challenges ahead after wrapping up a successful three-game stretch against non-conference opponents. The Buckeyes dominated their tuneup games, outscoring Akron, Western Michigan, and Marshall by a combined score of 107-20. Their latest victory over Marshall showcased the team's offensive prowess, with standout performances from key players.

Receiver Emeka Egbuka led the team with five catches for 117 yards and a touchdown, highlighting Ohio State's balanced attack. Freshman receiver Jeremiah Smith also made an impact with 281 receiving yards and four touchdowns in three games, including a spectacular 53-yard catch and run against Marshall.

On the ground, Quinshon Judkins rushed for 173 yards and two touchdowns, while TreVeyon Henderson added two rushing touchdowns of his own. Quarterback Will Howard had an efficient outing, completing 16 of 20 passes for 275 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception.
