The Ohio State basketball team has one recruit committed to the 2024 class, but, boy, does he look like a good one. John “Juni” Mobley Jr. committed to Chris Holtmann and the Buckeyes in the fall and is a top 50 player in the county.
As the AAU summer circuit kicks off, Mobley and his Vegas Elite kicked off the season with the Peach Jam. Mobley led his team to a 17-point victory and finished with 25 points. More impressively, the OSU recruit was perfect from the field, going 9-9 including four of those from beyond the 3-point arc. You can see some of the highlights below courtesy of the B/R Hoops Twitter post.

Mobley attends Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, Nevada. However, the star combo guard is originally from Reynoldsburg, Ohio. He moved to Vegas during the COVID-19 pandemic.
It has always been a dream of his to play at Ohio State. If he keeps this kind of play up, he’ll be a dream for Buckeye fans as well.
