We’re still a long way from the boys of summer getting things going again for the Ohio State baseball team, but we now know one of the locations where things will get going.
According to a release from OSU, the baseball team will be taking part in the second annual Jax College Baseball Classic at 121 Financial Ballpark in Jacksonville, Fla. Feb. 21-23, 2025. The tournament will be hosted by Peak Events, LLC, in partnership with the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp and will also include Alabama, Coastal Carolina and NC State, three teams that had postseason success last season. The Wolfpack made it all the way to the College World Series in Omaha.
“We are extremely excited to be back for year two of the Jax College Baseball Classic here at 121 Financial Ballpark,” Peak Events vice president Nathan Wooldridge said in a release. “The 2025 lineup is loaded with high-caliber teams with exciting fanbases, and we look forward to providing both the players and fans with a unique and memorable college baseball experience here in beautiful Jacksonville!”
