The Ohio State football performance reviews for the coaching staff have been released and they are a reflection of what most expected. All of the returning coaching staffed received “performance exceeds expectations”, except for one.
Offensive line coach, Justin Frye was the lone member of the staff to receive “performance meets expectation” and despite those words sounding pleasant, when we take into consideration he was also the only returning coach not receive a new contract, the writing is on the wall.
These records were written in June and just released due to a public records request, but it is still relevant as it shows how hot his seat really is. After the offensive line struggled in 2023, the 2024 version needs to play at an elite level or Frye maybe looking for a new job.
All of Ohio State’s returning coaches except Justin Frye received ratings of “exceeds expectations” in their annual performance reviews this summer. https://t.co/uRVWYn4X1k
