A nursery at the centre of a police and Ofsted investigation after a baby fell 'critically ill' remains suspended.
The Kids Around the Clock nursery in Chadderton was closed down by the inspection body in September after a seven-month-old baby girl was rushed to hospital in a 'critical condition.'
A woman in her 30s was arrested on suspicion of section 18 assault and child cruelty but was later bailed with strict conditions.

Her bail was due to end on October 25 but when the M.E.N contacted GMP, they said there were 'no further updates to share'.
In an update from Ofsted released today (November 4), a spokesperson confirmed the nursery remains suspended. A joint investigation with GMP is said to be ongoing.
Oldham Council, who are supporting parents affected, say they are continuing to work with families to make sure children have 'access to early years education.'
The M.E.N previously reported that the girl is understood to have suffered a life-changing injury to her brain following the incident.
In an update released last month, police said the baby remained in hospital in a stable condition, and confirmed their investigation remained "ongoing."
A spokesperson for Oldham Council said: "Kids around the clock is a private nursery and therefore regulated by Ofsted.
"Ofsted are working alongside the police regarding the investigation and will make a decision regarding the lifting of the suspension as per their procedures.
"Oldham Council are supporting parents to identify alternative provision to make sure that children have access to early years education. The local authority, police and Ofsted will continue to work together to manage this difficult and complex situation."
A spokesperson for Kids Around the Clock previously said: "We are all extremely shocked by this incident and our team is fully supporting the police investigation.
"We take the safety and security of all the children in our care extremely seriously and we immediately implemented our safeguarding reporting procedures when this happened.
"Our team will be working with Ofsted, who have issued a temporary suspension on registration at the Chadderton nursery as part of the investigation.
"We understand this raises concerns for our parents and whilst we cannot give more information at this time, we are taking this extremely seriously. Our thoughts and best wishes go to the child and family concerned."
The nursery group, which owns another setting in Wythenshawe, added that other nurseries remain open during this time.
