On the first play of the second half, Joe Burrow chucked it deep for Tee Higgins. The pass was completed and went for a 75-yard touchdown as Higgins got by Jalen Ramsey and had a free path to the end zone.
Ramsey was complaining after the play, and rightfully so. It was initially unclear why he was upset, but after seeing the replay, there was no doubt that the officials missed a blatant penalty on Higgins.
Just before making the catch, Higgins grabbed Ramsey’s facemask and pulled him to the ground, which should’ve been ruled a penalty on the Bengals. The officials missed it and the result was a touchdown.

You can see in this shot that Ramsey’s facemask was grabbed by Higgins, but no flag was thrown.
