As excitement builds in the city ahead of this weekend’s Africa Oyé at Sefton Park, the official pre- and after-parties have been announced.

Africa Oyé began more than three decades ago in 1992 as a series of gigs in the city centre. It is now one of the city's most loved annual events, attracting artists and attendees from across the world. The festival is heading into its 31st year boasting a line-up of live acts, DJs and workshops for everyone to enjoy.

The selection of pre- and after-parties that take place on the Africa Oyé festival weekend have become a staple part of the Oyé experience in recent years. All the official pre- and after-parties support Africa Oyé and contribute to the charity, helping their mission to keep the festival free and open to all.
