Two vacant office buildings at Aztec West Business Park in Bristol have been sold for industrial redevelopment.
Barwood Capital has acquired the properties - named Cascade 1 and 2 - at the out-of-town scheme in Almondsbury for an undisclosed sum.
The firm plans to demolish the offices at 1190 Aztec West, to create a 38,000 sq ft warehouse, subject to planning.
