Police say they attempted to stop a car which flipped onto its roof following a police chase in Aberdeen.
Yesterday we told how mercy crews rushed to Crown Street in the city centre following reports that a vehicle had landed on its roof in the early hours of Tuesday, October 11. The vehicle, believed to be a red Citroen hatchback, crashed into a building before it flipped over.
Images from the scene showed railings on a nearby building bent and twisted, surrounded by debris from the collision. Officers have now confirmed they attempted to stop the car before the crash.
