Val d’Isere, Courchevel, Meribel and Megève: the big-ticket ski resorts of the French Alps match their white-hot fame with property prices that require pockets deeper than any winter snow drift.
Prime properties in Meribel at the heart of the Three Valleys rose seven per cent in value over the past year while those in Courchevel will set you back around €30,600 per square metre according to Knight Frank’s 2026 Ski Report, making even prime London (from £15,000 per square metre on average) look a relative snip.
