Odisha: Only one medical seat left in govt colleges for spot round

BHUBANESWAR: The OJEE authorities, who are conducting the medical counselling for state quota seats, on Saturday announced an upgradation list of MBBS/BDS seats in government and private medical colleges in the state. After the first and second round of allotment, only one seat from the state quota was lying vacant in the government colleges.

The OJEE will allot only 85 percent of medical seats leaving the 15 per cent to all-India quota. The medical council committee (MCC) under the Union ministry of health and family welfare holds the counselling for all India quota seats.
