BHUBANESWAR: The state government has directed 135 non-government aided colleges to submit their utilization certificates (UCs) of grants received towards repair and renovation of infrastructure of these institutions affected due to Cyclone Fani.
Fani had hit the Odisha coast on May 3 in 2019 damaging thousands of houses, government buildings and other structures. As many as 159 blocks and 52 urban local bodies in 14 districts had been affected by the extremely severe cyclonic storm.
