Oasis concluded their Oasis Live 25 comeback tour with their second night in São Paulo, Brazil at the weekend. Over 41 dates, the band have dominated the live scene in music, with rave reviews and ticket mayhem - including some controversial dynamic pricing - and an estimated £1 billion generated for the UK economy alone.
But who cares about the economy? It was all about the music, and that sounded phenomenal. Quite brilliantly - or perhaps defiantly - the band didn’t once change the setlist during the tour. This preserved the wall-to-wall banger nature of it and ensured no fans would go home disappointed by them swapping out Supersonic for The Hindu Times. They had their setlist and they played the hell of out it.
