Mike O’Brien (D) has raised the most money in the Democratic primary for Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District, taking in $414,360 since the start of the campaign cycle.
O’Brien raised $260,037 in the fourth quarter of 2023. Janelle Stelson (D) has raised the next most in the primary, with $283,214 since the start of the campaign. This fundraising is from the fourth quarter alone.
The primary will take place on April 23. Seven candidates raised a combined $876,949 through Dec. 31, 2023. Looking at all 125 congressional battlegrounds we are tracking, this is less than the average of $3.41 million.
Five candidates raised a combined $3.76 million running in Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District in 2022, while four raised $9.26 million in 2020.
