NYC girl goes clubbing for Galantine’s and spots a woman hitting on 2 of her ‘guy friends’. She turned out to be engaged and pregnant

Clubbing stories often center on the bad behavior of men. But New York City TikTok creator Hybee (@hybeereviews) is flipping the script. She’s not telling just any woman’s tale; she was engaged AND pregnant.

While celebrating Galantine’s Day with a large group of friends, Hybee witnessed something strange. A woman in the club was double-dealing with two of her guy friends not even minutes apart. However, the real shock came when one of the guys opened her Instagram. What they saw left the entire group questioning how someone could juggle a fiancé, a pregnancy, and two strangers in a single night.

‘Regina’ was caught flirting with two friends back-to-back

Hybee, who rarely goes clubbing anymore, joined a group of four women and five men for a night of dancing. While the single members of the group went off to “lurk,” Hybee spotted her friend “Chad” talking to a woman. She saw that the woman was “all over him” with her arms around his neck.

However, the plot thickened just 20 minutes later when Chad went to the restroom. The same woman then immediately moved on to their other friend, “Bob,” engaging in the exact same heavy flirting.

An Instagram deep-dive revealed a she was engaged

After the night ended, Bob exchanged Instagram handles with “Regina.” But when he checked her profile, it told a very different story than her behavior at the club. The group quickly realized that Regina was actually engaged.

“I would not want my fiancé behaving like that,” Hybee remarked. She noted that Regina probably didn’t realize that Chad and Bob were close friends when she made her moves on both of them. While it was bad enough, Hybee couldn’t believe that she did do while having a fiance at home.

One text a week later confirmed she was also pregnant

The most “juicy” part of the tea arrived a few weeks later via text. Regina posted a pregnancy announcement on her Instagram. As Hybee pointed out, a pregnancy reveal usually implies the person has been pregnant for a significant amount of time.

This means Regina was likely carrying a child while she was “all up in” her guy friends’ business at the club. The realization left the NYC group stunned by the audacity of the situation.

Flirting while having a fiance and being pregnant? No one can defend it

In the age of Instagram, the “lurk” doesn’t end when you leave the club. Regina’s behavior is a textbook example of how a digital footprint can immediately dismantle a persona curated in a dark, alcohol-fueled environment.

For most, the “engagement” and “pregnancy” tags on a profile act as a social contract. Breaking that contract in a public space like an NYC club often leads to exactly what happened here. She became the subject of a viral “storytime” that exposes the hypocrisy of the act. As Hybee put it, “I can’t even defend this girl.”

How to handle a ‘Regina’ situation in the wild

If you or your friends encounter someone who seems a little too eager to “work the room,” be very vigilant. Once you see a stranger flirting with multiple people in your party, do a quick “vibe check.” Inform and ask both the people to see if the stranger’s stories align.

As Hybee’s friends did, exchanging social media before things get too serious is a must. It’s the modern way to vet someone’s relationship status in real-time. And as Hybee did, you don’t always need to intervene at the moment. Sometimes, just observing the “bad behavior” is enough to protect your peace.

Lastly, if a friend hears something through the grapevine or sees a suspicious post later, take it as a sign to move on quickly. While “Regina” is off celebrating her pregnancy and engagement, she’s also become a viral example of why you should always be careful who you’re “all up in the business” of at the club. But as a PSA, keep your fiancé close and your Instagram privacy settings even closer.
