NY Cocoa Posts Modest Gains on a Bullish Supply Outlook

May ICE NY cocoa (CCK23) on Monday closed up +3 (+0.10%), and May ICE London cocoa #7 (CAK23) did not trade with markets in the UK closed for the Easter holiday.

NY cocoa prices Monday posted modest gains as signs of smaller cocoa supplies from the Ivory Coast have fueled fund buying and boosted prices.  A stronger dollar Monday limited gains in cocoa.
