Nutritional therapist Rhian Stephenson’s daily routine: a fibre-rich diet and always making time for movement

Rhian Stephenson - (ARTAH)

I wake up at 5.30am with an alarm, either from my iPhone or my kids. Whichever comes first, really. Once I’m up, I head downstairs and start brewing coffee. While it brews, I drink water with my Essential Creatine and either do some quick stretching or a cold facial plunge. It’s an energy boost and amazing for my skin, so I try to do it most mornings.

After coffee and creatine, I usually fit in a workout, then launch straight into getting my kids fed and out of the door for school. Mornings are anything but relaxing — I’ve got to cram in training and the entire family routine before I get to my desk by 9am. My skincare is minimal but consistent: an Allies of Skin serum and and AlumierMD moisturiser.
