On Thursday, Liverpool Crown Court heard of a series of concerning issues that left Mr Inatimi lucky to escape without severe injuries. Firstly, before the attack Pearse had absconded from his living quarters and went on the run to London.

However the new buyers will not just be purchasing the historic home which was formerly known as being the site of Rushton's nurseries and garden centre. They will also be acquiring a large plot of land, with a stable block, outbuildings and plenty of parking and garden space.
The stable block has been granted planning permission, to be converted into three residential barn conversions. This means the new buyer could be in for an investment or renovation project.
