Two men and a woman have been charged with murder following a deadly fall from an apartment balcony.
Emergency services were called to a unit block at Castle Hill in Sydney's northwest early on Sunday after reports a man had been heard shouting from a balcony.
A 44-year-old man was found with serious injuries in a garden outside the building and he could not be revived.
