NSW introduces up to two years' jail for filming road crash victims

New offences for dangerous driving and hit-and-runs causing actual bodily harm and for intentionally recording and sharing images of road crash victims will be introduced to NSW Parliament this week.

Unlawful street racing will also become an aggravating factor for dangerous driving offences.
