A NSW bus driver has been charged after a pedestrian was struck and killed on the Central Coast.
The 64-year-old will face court in September charged with negligent driving causing death.
Emergency services were called to a road in Bateau Bay on Friday morning after reports a 46-year-old woman was hit by a bus.
She was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.
The driver and passenger were uninjured, with the driver taken to Gosford Hospital for testing.
A crime scene was established and police arrested the driver after he was discharged from hospital and charged him.
He was granted bail and will appear at Wyong Local Court on September 7.
