Now You Can Cut Your Pizza The Suzuki Way. With A Katana

I'm going to be very honest with you right now: If I'm cutting a pizza, I usually use a nice, sharp knife. If it's ultra-thin, I might even use a sharp pair of kitchen shears. The last time I used a pizza cutter was for making a nice, braided strudel (and if you've ever made one of those, you'll know that dough is nothing like a crispy pizza crust).

So while I have my doubts about how well this pizza cutter works for actually cutting pizza, at the same time, it's difficult to deny its appeal as a display piece in your home. Maybe you even like both motorcycles and cooking (hey, called out!). With the cool little front wheel stand it comes with to keep it sitting upright, this would make a fun display piece on a bookshelf, mantle, desk, window sill, or probably lots of places. I'm not your home decorator; you put it where you like, okay?

It's an officially licensed product, made by Camshop.JP, and you can even see their name in the sidewalls of the tires on the pizza cutter if you look very closely. Incidentally, fans of Japanese cars and motorbikes in general may already know about Camshop, because it makes a lot of licensed goodies for fans. What's that, you're an Initial D fan, and you want a Bluetooth mouse shaped like the Hachi-Roku? They've got you.

As you can see from the photos, it's available in two colors: Silver or Red. Both keep it simple by keeping the wheels and tires black, and honestly, the proportions appear to be rather charming here. The suggested retail price (including tax in Japan) is 2,640円, which works out to about US $17 at the time of writing.

For fans outside of Japan, you're actually in luck this time! Camshop offers a worldwide shipping partnership, though your total shipping costs may vary based on where in the world you are. Additional customs fees may also apply, but it's good to know that if you really want one of these, you'll probably have an easier time getting your hands on one than is often the case with fun merch like this.
