Nottinghamshire Police responding to reports of burglary find £300,000 worth of cannabis plants

Nottinghamshire Police officers found a 'big haul' of cannabis plants after responding to reports of a suspected burglary in the Stapleford area. Officers from the Broxtowe South Police team said the incident took place on Sunday, June 4, with officers dismantling a large cannabis operation.

A spokesperson for Broxtowe South Police team said: "Big haul. Earlier today, the Broxtowe County Reacher team dismantled a large cannabis grow in Stapleford after it was found in the early hours of the morning by colleagues on the Response team who were responding to a suspected burglary. The total haul from it was 300 plants.
