Nottinghamshire Police release image in appeal after bank card stolen

Nottinghamshire Police are appealing for the public's help to trace two men as part of their investigation into the theft of a bank card. Officers have released an image of two men that they would like to speak to in relation to a theft that happened on 24 September 2022.

The victim’s wallet is believed to have been picked up between Waverley Street and Gregory Boulevard, the Arboretum, shortly before 10.45pm. The stolen bank card was then used a number of times at a tram stop.

Officers believe that the men in the photo could have vital information for the investigation. Anyone with any information or who recognises those in the photo are urged to contact Nottinghamshire Police.

PC Chris Cutts, of Nottinghamshire Police said: “We are asking anyone who may recognise the men in the CCTV images to please come forward and speak to us. Any information you have, no matter how insignificant you think it may be, could go a long way in helping us trace these people.”

Anyone with any information is asked to call 101, quoting crime number 22000562526. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.
