Police have launched an arson inestigation after "repeated incidents" at a Nottinghamshire address. A derelict building was set on fire on Wednesday night (August 24), shortly after 8pm.
Two fire engines from Ashfield were called to a fire on Park Lane, in Selston. Firefighters used thermal imaging cameras, forcible entry tools and high-pressure hose reels to extinguish the blaze.
The site has now been secured by the council, the Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue service confirmed. The cause of the fire has been deemed deliberate, it has been confirmed.

The blaze was 10 m x 3m wide, and was located on the first floor. There were no injuries, it has been reported. The crews left at 9.30pm.
A spokesperson for Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue added: "Last night at 8:13pm we were called to a derelict building fire on Park Lane, Selston. Two fire engines from Ashfield attended, using thermal imaging cameras, forcible entry tools and high-pressure hose reels to extinguish the fire. Crews used a positive pressure ventilator for smoke clearance. The fire was 10m x 3m and was located on the first floor. The site has now been secured by the council.
"The cause of this fire has been deemed deliberate, and we are working with our Police colleagues to investigate repeated incidents at this address. There were no injuries, and we left the scene just after 9:30pm."
