Crews were called out after van caught fire in Top Valley. Firefighters from Stockhill fire station rushed to the scene after reports of a blaze on Bewcastle Road.
The incident took place shortly after 2.20pm on Sunday (July 3). Firefighters used two hose reel jets while wearing two breathing apparatus to put down the blaze.
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service tweeted about the incident, adding: "1422hrs. Firefighters from #StockhillStn20 have extinguished a van on fire on Bewcastle Road, Top Valley using two hose reel jets whilst wearing two breathing apparatus."

It comes after a recent fire broke out at a garage in Top Valley at around 2pm on Friday (July 1). Neighbours in the area have spoken out over their fears after the recent incidents in the area.
A resident, who was in her home at the time of the fire, has described “flames higher than my fence” coming from derelict garages in Crampton Road, off Whitcombe Gardens.
The elderly woman said she “ran for my life” when the fire broke out. She said it was not the first time a fire broke out in the area.
