Tram services have been disrupted in parts of Nottingham following a medical emergency. NET confirmed there were no services between Meadows Way West and University Boulevard in a post just after 5pm on Thursday (April 27).
Passengers were advised that NCT Orange line buses were instead accepting tram tickets and passes. In terms of the tram stops between Meadows Way West and University Boulevard, the nearest alternative bus stops are Triumph Road for Gregory Street passengers, Derby Road for Queen's Medical Centre passengers, Greenfield Street for University of Nottingham passengers and Salthouse Lane for University Boulevard passengers.

In a statement on its website about occasions when services are disrupted, NET says: "Although we aim to run our services to our timetable, from time to time there are events which prevent our trams from reaching their destination and often these events are beyond our control. If we are unable to run to all destinations, we may ask NCT buses for assistance."
