The park and ride car park at Forest Recreation Ground will be closing on Sunday, September 25, to allow for the setting up of Nottingham's Goose Fair. The car park will shut at 6pm so rides and stalls can move on to the site ready for the event.
This year's fair has been extended to ten days - twice as long as usual - to make up for its absence over the last two years due to the pandemic. It will open on Friday, September 30 and run until Sunday, October 9 with around 500 attractions including white knuckle rides, food stalls, a bar and children's rides.
Tram service NET announced the park and ride will remain closed until Thursday, October 13 at 6am.
