Nottingham Forest are working on a deal to bring Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson to the club.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported the Reds are working on a loan deal for the one-cap England international with a view to a permanent £20m transfer. Nottinghamshire Live understands the Reds are hoping to complete a transfer with the suggestion being that Henderson is keen on the move after playing second fiddle to David de Gea.
If a deal does go through it would have major implications on Forest with Henderson - and United - likely to expect first team football for a player who is now 25. Brice Samba faces an uncertain future with reports suggesting he will not sign a new contract as he enters the final 12 months of his deal, however, the club insist they still want him extend his stay. He has been strongly linked with a return to France with Lens.
