Nottingham Forest vs Man United TV channel, live stream and how to watch Carabao Cup semi-final

Nottingham Forest will be looking to pull off the impossible this evening as they make the trip to Manchester United for the Carabao Cup semi-final second leg.

The Reds are trailing 3-0 following a difficult evening at the City Ground seven days ago and will have to perform somewhat of a miracle if they are to face Newcastle United at Wembley later this month. That said, it could've been an entirely different story last week but for the incredibly tight offside call that prevented Sam Surridge from making the score 1-1.

To make matters worse for Forest, Morgan Gibbs-White limped off injured and he will be out of tonight's contest. This evening's match will be screened live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football in the UK, with coverage scheduled to begin an hour before kick-off at 7pm.

You can also live stream the match on the Sky Go app or via Now TV. BBC Radio 5 Live and talkSPORT will also be providing live commentary of the game if for whatever reason, you are unable to watch it live. Despite the deficit, Forest boss Steve Cooper is looking for his side to prove they have what it takes to perform on the biggest stage.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, he said: “What we haven’t done this year is be able to play really well on a stage like Old Trafford, the Etihad or the Emirates. We’ve talked about that and the lads have talked about it themselves.

“Can we look like a better team somewhere like Old Trafford at an occasion like this? Like I said straight after the (first leg), as disappointing as it was we’ve got to find some clear objectives to get out of the game.

"There’s always an objective because of who we play for and what it represents but we always add some other stuff in as well. It can be important if we can come out of Old Trafford having played well and maybe got a positive result.”
