Nottingham Forest winger Josh Bowler has been given another hint that he could be on the move again in January.
The winger, who is on loan at Olympiacos from Forest, has been left out of his side's squad for their Greek Cup game against Atromitos on Thursday evening. His exclusion suggests he is not in the plans of manager Michel and could leave next month.
Forest signed Bowler from Blackpool in the summer and immediately sent him out on loan to Evangelos Marinakis' Olympiacos. It was a similar situation with Hwang Ui-jo, who joined the Reds from Bordeaux before moving to the Greek side.

Bowler has made just seven appearances for Olympiacos since the summer, while Hwang has featured 11 times. It could be the case that Hwang, also not in the squad for Atromitos, has extra time off after playing four games for South Korea in the World Cup, though that is not the case for Bowler.
For Bowler, the only option is a loan back to Blackpool. FIFA rules prevent a player playing for more than two clubs in one season, and the winger has already featured for both Blackpool and Olympiacos this term.
Hwang is in a similar situation, having made two appearances for Bordeaux before signing for Forest. Neither player would be eligible to play for Forest so a loan return to their previous clubs would be the only solutions next month if they were to move on.
