Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst admits that Joe Aribo is likely to leave Ibrox this summer.
The midfielder has been linked with a move to Nottingham Forest this window, while Southampton and Crystal Palace have also been credited with an interest. The 25-year-old has played an instrumental part in the club's success over the past few seasons, as Gers won the Scottish Premiership title in 2020/21 and reached the Europa League final last season.
Speaking to Sky Sports, van Bronckhorst expressed his excitement at the imminent arrival of Antonio Colak from PAOK – but accepted that Aribo is likely to leave.. "Joe is a very important player for us," van Bronckhorst said.

"He has been really good for this club for the last years. His development was really good and at the moment he has ambitions to play in the Premier League, so that is his mission and it is probably what is going to happen in the near future.
"But it is what you want as a club, to get talented players into the club and develop them into really good players and eventually the player has their own ambitions. But what he has done for this club has been fantastic."
