Nottingham Forest are reportedly 'in contact' with the representatives of free agent striker Jordan Larsson.
A seven-cap Sweden international, Jordan is the son of former Celtic and Manchester United forward, Henrik. The Glasgow giants are another club named as being in touch with the players' agents, HCM Sports Management.
The 25-year-old agreed to terminate his contract with Spartak Moscow by mutual consent late last month after spending the latter months of last season on loan in his homeland with AIK after UEFA allowed players to suspend their contracts in the spring after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Larsson made 11 appearances in the Allsvenskan scoring three goals and assisting another two.

Across the best part of three seasons, the striker scored 27 goals from Spartak, chipping in with nine assists, and also featured in Champions League qualifiers and the Europa League group stage last season. One of those goals also came against English opposition, after finishing off a pass from Victor Moses to put the Russians 2-0 up against Leicester City in a match that they eventually lost 4-3. Spartak actually finished ahead of pre-tournament joint-favourites Leicester and Napoli in topping Group C, but were removed from the competition before the knockout rounds by UEFA in response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
Scottish journalist Anthony Joseph is reporting the Reds interest. The Sky Sports News editor tweeted: "The reps of striker Jordan Larsson have been in contact with a number of clubs across Europe, including Celtic and Nottingham Forest."
"He’s a free agent after his contract was terminated at Spartak Moscow. Understood to be plenty of interest from EPL, Bundesliga and Serie A clubs."
