Nottingham Forest have knocked Tottenham Hotspur out of the Carabao Cup third round with a 2-0 win at the City Ground.
Renan Lodi scored the opening goal shortly after half-time, before Jesse Lingard doubled the hosts' lead. Both summer signings have opened their accounts for the club, guiding the Reds through to the last 16.
Despite going down to 10 men due to Orel Mangala's sending off for a second bookable offence, Forest held on to guarantee a spot in the fourth round draw, which will take place on Thursday, following the conclusion of Manchester United vs Aston Villa.
