Nottingham Forest are reportedly 'really close' to completing the signing of Wolverhampton Wanderers centre-back Willy Boly.
The 31-year-old was absent from Wolves' 1-1 draw against Newcastle on Sunday, despite being 'in the squad list.' Manager Bruno Lage later disclosed that Boly had a "proposal in his hands and he wants to go"'
It now appears that "proposal" was from Forest, and transfer expert Fabrizio Romano says talks between the clubs are 'progressing to the final stages - it's really close' . He added: on Twitter: "Forest hope to get it done in 24h to agree with Wolves and then complete medical."
