Nottingham Forest will reportedly sue Everton for £100m if the Reds are relegated from the Premier League this season and the Toffees survive.
The Daily Mail claim that if Forest are relegated they will join forces with the two other relegated clubs to sue Everton for a total of £300m.
It is said Forest, Southampton - who are already relegated - Leicester City, Leeds United and Burnley have told the Premier League they believe they are entitled to compensation from Everton if they are found guilty of breaching spending rules.

Everton were charged in March with alleged spending breaches and await a disciplinary hearing.
It is said Forest and the other four clubs have been denied in a request for that disciplinary hearing to be fast tracked so any sanctions, which includes a possible points deduction, could be imposed on Everton this season.
While the five clubs have joined forces at this stage, it is reported that the £300m claim would only be pursued by those clubs who suffer relegation at the end of the season, if Everton stay up.
Burnley could reportedly pursue a separate case, having been relegated from the top flight last season.
With Southampton’s relegation to the Championship already confirmed, Leicester and Leeds are also currently in the relegation zone.
Everton - who deny any wrongdoing - are one point above the drop zone in 17th place and Forest are three points clear of danger in 16th place, with two matches left to play.
