Nottingham Forest have reportedly "made an approach" about signing Wolverhampton Wanderers and England under-21 midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White.
The 22-year-old has long been linked with the Reds after impressing on loan at Championship play-off semi-final opponents Sheffield United last season. Gibbs-White scored 13 goals and assisted another 10 in a breakthrough season in the second tier.
That campaign ended in the play-offs at the hands of Steve Cooper 's side, but the forward was crucial to their efforts which saw them come within a penalty shootout of the final at Wembley Stadium. The Blades' only goal in the first leg was assisted by Gibbs-White, while roles were reversed in the second leg as Sander Berge assisted him for the equaliser to cancel out Brennan Johnson 's opener at the City Ground.
