Nottingham Forest have made a bid to sign PSV Eindhover winger Cody Gakpo, according to reports.
The 23-year-old joined PSV in 2018 and made a name for himself last season, recording 21 goals in 46 appearances in all competitions while providing 15 assists. He claimed the Dutch Footballer of the Year award last year.
The Reds who face competition from Arsenal, Manchester United and Leeds, have reportedly made the most progress by submitting an offer. While the offer has not been disclosed, Football.London understands that around £30million could be enough to prise the player away.
